QMC 6983 is the first 3-axis single chip magnetic sensor product independently  developed by QST based on the AMR magnetic sensing technology from Honeywell.


QMA6983 is specially developed for the electronic compass application in intelligent mobile terminals including smart phones, smart panels, smart watches and smart wearable devices; it has small size, low power consumption, and high precision. LGA package 1.6*1.6*0.7 mm3. I2C digital communication. 100uA working current, 16-bit A/D conversion, 0.1mGs resolution, 1° compass precision, and 200Hz data output frequency. This product has internal a self-test function and temperature drift compensating module, and is more precise and reliable than existing products in the market.
