3-axis magnetic sensor QMC6310

In order to enrich the requirements of application scenarios, and enhance product reliability, QST push out the new product QMC6310 to upgrade the third-generation geomagnetic sensor QMC7983,

QMC6310 is a single-chip magnetic field strength detection chip based on the development of the advanced anisotropic magneto resistive technology. The chip has a built-in 16-bit high-precision ADC and high-performance digital processing function, which can achieve higher precision and wider magnetic field detection. The range of QMC6310 is increased to ±30Guass different to QMC7983 ±20Guass, and the maximum output data rate can reach 1500Hz, which satisfies the requirement of fast response. QMC6310 adopts 1.2x1.2x0.53mm3 LGA package. The upgraded LGA package has better soldering and adsorption capacity than WLCSP package. QMC6310 has a built-in temperature compensation function, which can achieve stable signal output in a wide temperature range of -40~85°C. The main target application markets of this product are mobile, wearable electronic compasses, map rotation, games and personal navigation.
